Marguerite Rigby, assistant vice president for Alumni Relations at Wayne State , has been named chairwoman of the National Educational Alumni Trust (NEATrust) Executive Committee. She will lead the seven-member governing body of the NEATrust to improve the insurance programs offered to alumni associations nationwide.
